We offer refunds on store purchased watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event a defect is exhibited in a watch, the WATCHMODS 24 month warranty will cover the watch for repair or replacement where eligible. Please view our shipping and returns policy for further information.
