SHIPPING INFORMATION
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Domestic orders (UK) are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. International orders typically arrive with in 4-12 days depending on the location and UPS running service. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the shipping carrier's website and entering the tracking number. Domestic orders (UK) we use Royal Mail Services & for international orders we use UPS.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Our list of international shipping is only limited to UPS's services. Please check our shipping page for more information.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
If you are unhappy with the order you’ve received, you can get a refund. A full refund will be initiated once the product has been returned at distribution unit and a quality check has beem carried out, and it is deemed as re-sellable condition.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Yes, we offer a 24-month warranty on all our products. Our Casio GA-2100 modified watches include original manufacturing warranty.
